Jeff founded Landmark Properties, LLC back in 1995 to provide assistance, guidance and professional representation to buyers and sellers here in the central Texas area. He quickly established himself as an expert of in-depth market knowledge, successfully guiding clients through the increasing complexities of real estate transactions. Honesty, integrity, and hard work in every detail of your real estate transaction has been the foundation of Jeff’s career, and thanks to his exceptionally loyal clientele, personal referrals and repeat business, Jeff is looking forward to the next 20 years.

Jeff graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Business and moved to the New Braunfels area in 1994. He and his wife have 3 children.

Darren joined Landmark Properties five years ago, however, he brings a lifetime of real estate experience to clients in the Central Texas area. After spending many years as an investor in the real estate market, and working along the side of other real estate agents, Darren decided to join forces with Jeff Wilford founder of Landmark Properties, LLC.  Darren is exceptionally well respected in New Braunfels, not only for his unparalleled tract record and high ethical standards, but for being an honest hard working family man who does absolutely everything in his power to ensure his clients’ success. Having grown up in New Braunfels and witnessing the growth first hand, Darren is able to protect his clients’ interests in both the Ranch and Commercial real estate markets.
